This weekend, I watched A Night at the Opera, a Marx Brothers movie from 1935, for the first time. It certainly wasn't my favorite Marx movie (I prefer Duck Soup and Monkey Business), but it was hilarious, like the above scene. So I thought I'd incorporate it into the blog, and prompt the question, what would I wear going to the opera? The answer: a floor-length dress, probably accessorized with a 1930s-esque headpiece.
