Indigo Eyeliner

A make-up look that I'm loving for April  is indigo eyeliner. The color can range from a gorgeous bright blue to bluish-purple, but it's fun, springy, and flattering. It would probably look best on the eyes by itself or with black mascara, and since this look is bold, stay light on the cheeks and lips.
